Get in Touch

The Tansley Woods Family Health Centre is located in the The Village of Tansley Woods Retirement (west tower).

Park in the west tower parking lot (located on the corner of Upper Middle Rd. and Itabashi Way).

Enter the building using the west tower entrance.

Enter “1234*” on the keypad next to the sliding doors to enter.

After entering the west tower entrance the Health Centre is located immediately on the right (next to the IDA pharmacy).
